| In 2025 Gomer invested in a AccurioShine 3600 + iFoil1 for flat sheet foiling and spot UV to compliment our existing traditional case blocking. The machine will run laminated and unlaminated coated sheets (not uncoated) and as such it will cope with much of the work that we were subcontracting prior to installation. This state of the art digital device even handles variable data, which gives our clients the option to be really creative with covers! |  |
For spot UV the machine can run 21, 30, 65 and 100 micron varnish options, giving a much more pronounced effect at higher thicknesses than traditional spot UV
The machine is limited to a relatively small number of foil colour options which are shown below, though this range will be expanding. The pricing varies, with the cheapest being standard gold and silver, and the most expensive being holographic. The options are show below:
